We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! We understand that sometimes a product isn't exactly what you envisioned, whether it be size, color or fit. All refunds will be issued in form of store credit. Please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions or concerns.
Item may be returned for store credit within 14 days from the day you receive it. The item needs to be unworn, tags still on, and no stains or odors.
When returning an item, the original packing slip needs to be included and then circle the items you are returning. If item does not meet our return requirements, we will contact you and your item will be shipped back at your expense.
- Sale Items:
All sales items are final so be sure to read the product description.
We are not able to offer exchanges because of limited quantities of each item. Once you receive your store credit you can purchase another unique item or the same item if its still available. You will be in charge of shipping costs to send back and shipping cost for item exchanged.
- Damaged or Defective Items:
Please examine your items immediately after receiving them, you will have 48 hours to contact us if an item arrives damaged. Please email us at email@example.com with pictures of the damaged item and we will work with you to replace the item. After 48 hours we will no longer be able to replace a damaged item, so be sure to check them right away!
